Here is an extensive brand activation we set up for Clarins’ Night of Extra party which was taking place on Friday, March 20, 2026 on the rooftop of the the Museum of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles, CA.
The event was celebrating the release of the French brand’s Extra-Firming Energy moisturizer, featured plenty of VIP guests and included an exclusive performance by American pop rock band Maroon 5.
The orange-themed installation included:
- a long orange double-sided step and repeat backdrop featuring the company’s logo in a white font.
- a matching orange carpet complemented by black velvet ropes and aluminum stanchions.
- a press riser installed across the arrival.
- a long backdrop featuring a 3D Clarins logo.
- a long branded orange bar with branded walls.
- a black branded pedestal.
- an orange branded DJ booth.
- a small backdrop.
- a half moon orange stage with a hanging logo attached to a truss structure.
Everything was custom built and branded in our Los Angeles shop, professionally delivered and installed on the museum’s Dolby Family Terrace.
Event carpet runners are available in a wide variety of colors, lengths, shapes and can be personalized with your inlayed or printed logo / design.
Backdrops can be printed in black and white or color on stretch fabric or vinyl, with the option to add 3D embossed logos. They can be installed on heavy duty pine and drape systems, aluminum trusses, travel frames or hung on flat walls as seen here. Usually 8 feet tall, they can be customized to any length and shape needed as seen here.
