This last week and weekend were pretty busy with plenty of award shows, pre and post award parties happening in Hollywood.
Red Carpet Systems was particularly proud to bring its event production services to the 8th annual Women in Film Pre-Oscar Cocktail Party which was taking place at Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails on Friday night.
The event was hosted by singer Jennifer Hudson and featured plenty of star power from Meryl Streep (Into the Woods) to Laura Dern (Wild) and Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) – more than 30 Academy Awards nominees were actually present!
Red Carpet Systems provided a stunning 8×60 feet step and repeat backdrop made of white vinyl and featuring the color printed logos of sponsors BMW, Tiffany & Co, MAC Cosmetics, champagne Perrier-Jouet plus the WIF logo. In addition to Arri Fresnel Lights, a velvet rope and stanchions, we also brought in a beautiful event blue carpet, which gorgeously matched the BMW car that was showcased (see picture below).
The event was as glamorous as a pre-Oscar party can be and we are looking forward to more award shows and parties.
